Travels & Valcanos

I don’t know if some of you have heard but there was a volcano erupted in Chile. Well my flight from BA to Lima was cancelled on Thursday and was rescheduled for SUNDAY NIGHT. That was really fun calling the airline and trying to schedule an earlier flight in SPANISH. I am pretty proud it all worked out.

The problem was that from Lima I had to take a bus of 13hours to Arequipa. Except I had to teach on Monday. And from Arequipa the Valley is another 4 hour bus ride. So I decided it was probably cheaper and easier to just buy a light from Lima to Arequipa. so I did that except my flight from BA to Lima arrived at 9pm Sunday night and my flight from Lima to Arequipa wasnt until 6 am Monday morning so I slept at the airport.
It was actually quite a nice sleep I had I must admit. Problem was I woke up and was all confused I went straight to the boarding without going to the counter. it was quite funny I almost went through security and then realized wait a minute i dont have a boarding pass HAHA man I looked dumb but it was really cuz I slept so well and woke up only an hour before my flight.
Nadia and Hannah missed their flight at that airport once there must be something in the water. All in all I had a good flight back arrived at the Valley around 9pm. Will came and helped me with my luggage I bought little gifts for the ppl here from Argentina and they were so happy
it was nice it felt as thought I was coming home to a family.
I aslo moved in to the new house.it has heating what a great thing to come back too.
